1 – Where does Fashion Details sell?

Fashion Details sells all its products worldwide. So far, Fashion Details has already sold in 41 countries worldwide, in all continents.

 

2 – May I visit and buy directly in Fashion Details shop/showroom?

No, all items sold online can be only bought online.

 

3 – Does Fashion Details sell original items?

Fashion Details is a real shop and a registered italian company. Fashion Details buys only authentic products only by official distributors, dealers and producers. Due to all above mentioned reason, ALL products by Fashion Details are 100% AUTHENTIC.

 

4 – Does Fashion Details sell new items?

All items by Fashion Details are new. Only vintage items, due to their particular characteristics, might be occasionally used. However, Fashion Details will clearly specify in the description if the item is used and what is its condition.

 

5 – Why are your prices so convenient?

Fashion Details can offer good prices thanks to the high volume of products bought & sold. In addition Fashion Details team constantly works to optimize logistics to save on costs. Sometimes a few items might belong to last year collection.

6 – I have problems with an order. How can I get help?  What languages can I use to contact you?

7 – Can I modify an order?

As “Sales Terms”, an order can be modified until payment has been done.

 

8 – Can I cancel an order?

As “Sales Terms”, an order can be cancelled before payment has been done.

 

9 – What if I am not happy about my purchase and I want to return it?

According to “Sales Terms” you can return your purchase no later than within 14 days after having received the parcel. Within 14 days  after having received the parcel you must inform Fashion Details by email that you are not happy about your purchase and that you want to send it back. The item should be returned in the same condition as it was (with with all tags and original certificates). Only the item purchase price and shipping cost to recipient will be reimbursed. The Buyer will be refunded only after Fashion Details receives the item(s) back. In the Custom declaration it should be clearly stated that this is a "Return of the goods" and the item's price from the invoice should be written.

10 – How can I pay?

As “Sales Terms”, it is possible to pay by:

- Paypal: worldwide customers without limitations

- Bank transfer: only for transaction in “euro” currency made by customer located in Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Spain

- Credit card: Credit card can be used through Paypal without any limitation

 - Postepay: customers from Italy

11– How long time does Fashion Details need to ship my order?

As “Sales Terms”, all orders are shipped within 1 working day after having received the payment. Only under special circumstances Fashion Details ensures shipment within 2 working days.

 

12 – How do you ship to Russia and CIS countries?

All orders are usually shipped by Poste Italiane (Italian State Post - International Recorded Mail). 

International Recorded Mail  (Raccomandata Internazionale) is delivered in 5-7 working days within Europe and 15-21 working days outside EU. This type of shipment is reserved for the goods with weight up to 2 kg. It costs about €7.00-€21.00 depending on parcel's weight and the country of destination.  

For express delivery DHL is avaliable. 

We already shipped many parcels to Russia and CIS countries and Poste Italiane always proved to be reliable and efficient.

 

13 – How do you ship within Italy?

All orders are shipped by DHL and they are usually delivered within 1-3 working days

14 – How do you ship to worldwide?

Most of the orders are shipped by Poste Italiane (Italian State Post - International Recorded Mail).

- International Recorded Mail  (Raccomandata Internazionale) is delivered in 7-10 working days within Europe and 15-21 working days outside EU. This type of shipment is reserved for the goods with weight up to 2 kg. It costs about €7.00-€21.00 depending on parcel's weight and the country of destination.  

- It is possible to ship the parcels with express courrier DHL.

We already shipped many parcels worldwide and Poste Italiane always proved to be reliable and efficient.

 

15 – I made an order. Can you provide with a Tracking Number?

All our orders shipped are traceable. Fashion Details will provide by email Tracking Number the same day parcel has been shipped. Until the parcel has been exported (in the first 4-5 days), it can be traced on the site of Italian State Post (Poste Italiane) or on the site of DHL/TNT. Then it can be traced either on the site or by phone of the country destination post.  In case you need Fashion Details to resend the Tracking Number, please do not hesitate to contact us at: info@fashiondetails.it

 

16 – If I buy several items, may I combine shipping?

Buyer will benefit of combined shipment in case of multiple items purchase. The total price for shipping is calculated automatically basing on the final weight of the parcel

 

17 – Who will pay Custom fees?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
