The brooch is from not so known American company Ultra Craft which was producing interesting costume jewelry (mostly whimsical brooches) in 1936-2002.
The ornament depicts a cyclist in the woods. The cyclist is made of shiny golden pewter. The wood is made of opaque silver pewter.
