The brooch is from not so known American company Ultra Craft which was producing interesting costume jewelry (mostly whimsical brooches) in 1936-2002.
The ornament depicts two horses' heads, made of silver and golden pewter. The silver part is opaque and the golden part is shiny.
The jewel was made in 1980s. It was kept with love and care, so it is in perfect condition. The brooch would be a value piece for any vintage jewelry collection or it will simply add a stylish retro touch to any casual outfit
